We are seeking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst for our Finance team in the Retail Divisional Unit.The job holder will be responsible for preparation of forecasts, reports and financial analysis to identify key emerging financial trends, measurement of key performance metrics. Participation in setting up budgets and key initiative evaluation and planning, cost and product profitability analyses, specialized reporting and support for special project. Your job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:

 

  • Managing and Leading the budget/forecast process, including Financial Statements and detailed financial analysis, as well as providing support to all departments along the process.
  • Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts pack with full analysis of financial results and variances per brand/cost center.
  • Review costs and conduct cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs; study prices and margins of the brands and perform industry competitive analysis.
  • Preparation of monthly operational reports per store, including sales and margins analyse.
  • Analyse financial data, extract, define and interpret figures in order to determine past performance and/or carry out financial projections.
  • Drive financial planning processes, capital budget decisions and develop needed feasibility studies.

 

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or any relevant discipline with a minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant role. CMA designation is an asset. You need to demonstrate the following job specific skills:

 

  • Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, V-Look-up, charts, graphs and macros)
  • Strong experience in setting up and organizing database and spreadsheets
  • The ability to create / build sophisticated financial models is essential
  • Knowledge of ERP is strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of budgeting, forecasting and feasibility processes
  • Experience providing finance support to business operation functions coupled with strong analytical, problem solving, and excellent communication skills

We are seeking to hire a Senior Accountant- Treasury to ensure that all business information and accounting figures are constantly monitored & accurately maintained so as to reflect a true and fair view of the company in the Business Financial & Performance Reports .Your Job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:

 

  • Ensure the coordination of the statutory audit, year in year out, and resolve all possible queries
  • Ensure the efficient management of company’s bank accounts
  • Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
  • Ensure conformity of company’ bank account with IFR Standards. Reconciling of bank statements against the GL, and clearing accounts assigned
  • Provide inputs and advice to company. This could include recommending changes that will maximize revenue and profit
  • Check and verify cash transactions; and also investigate and propose possible resolution for any discrepancies
  • Responsible for interest and debt analysis, with provision of relevant information and report

 

As a Senior Accountant – Treasury, you must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or any relevant discipline. 3 – 5 years of experience in a Finance function is required with previous knowledge of capital and currency markets, accounting, finance and tax as well as previous experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software. You also need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Excellent mathematical and numerical & analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft skills
  • Proactive approach to issues
  • Strong computer skills – including ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) and advanced MS-Excel knowledge
  • Good analytical, presentation & reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Change Management, Analytical skills, financial modeling skills, good communication skills and problem solving skills.
